Personal-use application

PiCluster Finance Sync is a personal project, built and operated by a single individual for their own private financial tracking. It is not offered to the public, has no general user base, and is not available for anyone to sign up for or use. These Terms exist solely to satisfy the application registration requirements of Enable Banking, the PSD2 open banking provider through which the application connects to the operator's bank account.

No warranty

The application is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. It is used entirely at the operator's own risk. As there is no other user of this application, these terms are made by the operator to themselves, for the record.

Compliance with Enable Banking's terms

As a third-party application connected to Enable Banking's PSD2 open banking API, PiCluster Finance Sync operates in accordance with Enable Banking's own terms of service and applicable PSD2 regulations governing access to account information services. The operator is responsible for maintaining this compliance for as long as the connection remains active, and for revoking the connection if it is no longer needed or compliant.

No commercial use

The application is not monetized in any way. It does not sell access, data, or services to anyone, and it generates no revenue.
